Job :
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Logistics Manager capable of steering and optimizing all of the company's distribution operations.
Main missions:

Supervise end-to-end logistics operations (reception, storage, order picking, loading, and delivery)

Ensure the reliability of receipts (check quantities and quality of goods)

Ensure product availability and compliance with delivery deadlines
-
Optimize logistics flows (reception → storage → shipping) and transport costs

Organize and optimize delivery routes and distribution circuits
-
Manage and lead operational teams (reception, warehouse, picking, drivers, forklift operators)

Manage and monitor the fleet (trucks, fuel, maintenance)

Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and distribution

Ensure coordination with sales, purchasing, and finance teams

Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and transport regulations
Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics or supply chain

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in distribution or trade

Good command of field operations (reception, storage, picking, transport)

Proven experience in managing operational teams

Ability to organize, structure, and optimize logistics flows

Good command of computer tools

Sense of organization, rigor, and reactivity

Ability to manage pressure and handle multiple activities simultaneously

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
