Job : Job Purpose & Main Responsibilities Reception and Guidance:
  • Welcome clients, identify their needs, and qualify requests
  • Manage visitor flow
  • Ensure the control and compliance of requested documents and papers
  • Ensure the confidentiality of client data
  • Schedule and follow up on appointments and direct requests to the relevant contacts
  • Handle phone calls and organize internal expertise assessments
Administrative File Management:
  • Fill out the form manually
  • Manage mail (reception, sending, and digitization)
  • Assign mail to the handling agent upon opening
  • Create requests on the NP system
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for client/victim reception based on the transaction type
  • Monitor the file by transaction type, updating it as each step of the transaction progresses
Coordinator & Contact Person
  • Direct files to the correct handlers
  • Communicate clearly and precisely about offers
  • Assist the transaction team in managing files efficiently

Required profile : Required Skills

Technical: Knowledge of auto and bodily injury claim processes, proficiency in management tools, understanding of medical and legal documents.



Behavioral: Organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, communication, teamwork.



Profile Sought

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Management, Law, or equivalent.



Previous experience in a claims department is an asset
