We are looking for an experienced and rigorous Biomedical Technician (M/F) to join our Biomedical Department at UIR Hospital. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, availability, and safety of the hospital's biomedical equipment, by ensuring rigorous monitoring of maintenance operations, external services, and regulatory requirements.
Your main tasks will be:
1- Ensure the proper functioning of the Rabat International University Hospital's technical equipment:
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform first-level technical interventions.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers.
- Ensure the traceability of interventions via the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ensure its regular updating.
- Manage technical documentation (manuals, procedures, intervention history...).
- Manage spare parts and consumables (needs assessment, order tracking, stock management).
- Build and optimize stocks of spare parts and tools.
2 - User support on biomedical equipment:
- Provide local technical support to users.
- Advise on the proper use of biomedical equipment.
- Provide training on equipment usage.
- Participate in risk management related to medical devices.
- Actively contribute to the materiovigilance system (reporting, analysis, incident tracking).
3 - Ensure the follow-up of the following services:
- Ensure operational and contractual monitoring of maintenance providers (intervention times, quality of services). Verify the conformity of interventions carried out (intervention reports, replaced parts, regulatory compliance). Contribute to the technical evaluation of bids as part of calls for tender. Participate in follow-up meetings with suppliers and propose areas for improvement. Participate in the reception, commissioning, and qualification operations of new equipment.
Required profile :
- Bac + 3 level education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in a similar role.
- Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and report.
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
