Job :
The Administrative Manager is responsible for organizing and processing administrative or technical activities within the network, to contribute to its smooth operation or that of other entities. Positioned to support members of their department on administrative or technical operations, they may also be responsible for facilitating coordination between different stakeholders and/or different departments.
Reception and orientation:
To ensure the administrative follow-up of their area of activity:
- Ensure the management of automobile insurance certificates to completion with the various stakeholders.
- Record payments and submit BGDs in coordination with the relevant departments.
Administratively manage requests and correspondence received from management: receive, check, record, digitize, and assign to the relevant entities.
- Collect and process the necessary information, which may come from different sources
- Ensure the processing, argumentation, and follow-up of outgoing exchanges (letters, emails, documents, etc.)
- Deal with external stakeholders (service providers, suppliers, intermediaries, ...) to resolve administrative issues according to defined procedures
- Inventory, classify, and archive documents
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional administrative tasks
- Carry out periodic activity reporting
- Propose improvements and adaptations of the normative procedural framework to their management
- Ensure the interest of AXA Assurance Maroc in compliance with standards, conformity, regulations, etc.
Required profile :
Bac+2/3 in a management school or university in management or equivalent.
First experience in insurance, contract management, claims, or equivalent.
