Job description

Job :

  • Receive and analyze preliminary project plans;
  • Calculate and prepare quantity take-offs for customer quotes;
  • Analyze, study, and control techniques for tenders or quote requests for the company's submissions and offers;
  • Execute, in routing and shaping, the supply of products or materials to the workstation or control the supply;
  • Supervise execution plans issued internally or by subcontractors;
  • Regularize necessary actions through change orders that will track all modifications;
  • Control and verify subcontractor quantity take-offs;
  • Prepare interim statements of work;
  • Prepare and communicate quantity take-offs at the end of the works for invoicing or final statements;
  • Optimize reinforcement networks while respecting cost and safety constraints.

Required profile :
  • Specific Training: Diploma of Technician in Civil Engineering or equivalent diploma
  • Professional experience in a similar role: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a technical function. 
  • Intellectual skills: Proficiency in computer tools
  • Methodical aspects: Rigor, sense of organization, and responsibility in task execution
