We are recruiting a Market Store Manager
Your main mission:
- Ensure the commercial development and efficient operation of the store to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the set economic objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and retain the store's customer base;
- Manage the commercial life of the point of sale and implement local marketing operations;
- Ensure the proper management of goods (stocks, supplies, inventories);
- Manage, motivate, and develop your team;
- Ensure the optimal management of the store's assets;
- Drive economic and operational performance by monitoring key indicators.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in commerce, management, or equivalent;
- Proven experience of more than 8 years in modern retail, including at least 3 years in managing a profit center;
- Excellent skills in negotiation, performance management, and team management;
- Ability to maintain relationships with local authorities;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and a hands-on approach.
