Join a dynamic company in the Metallurgy / Steel industry as a Marketing Manager. Located in the heart of Meknès, this position offers you the opportunity to lead the marketing strategy of an organization recognized for its expertise.

Your main mission will be to develop and deploy innovative marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, stimulate sales growth, and optimize customer experience. You will be a key player in achieving commercial and market positioning objectives.

Your responsibilities will include defining the annual marketing plan, managing multi-channel advertising campaigns, analyzing market and competitor trends, and monitoring the performance of actions taken. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure overall consistency.

• Proven experience in the automotive sector is imperatively required.
• The candidate must have excellent command of the standards and norms in force in the automotive sector.
• Good knowledge of quality systems and certification processes is required.
• Development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
• Management of the marketing budget and optimization of return on investment.
• Coordination of communication agencies and external service providers.
• Animation of the company's digital presence.
• Regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ideally, you hold a degree of level Bac +5 and above, with a specialization in Communication / Advertising / PR or in Marketing.

Professional experience of 4 to 10 years in marketing roles is required, ideally gained in the industrial or metallurgy sector.

We are looking for someone with an excellent understanding of marketing challenges, strong analytical skills, and proven creativity. Proficiency in data analysis tools and digital platforms is essential.
