Roles & Responsibilities

Within our project teams, you will support key account clients in their Agile transformation, acting as a facilitator and coach within multidisciplinary teams. You will work on high-impact business projects in the banking, insurance, energy, and industrial sectors.

As a Scrum Master, you will be involved in various tasks such as:

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective
• Facilitate collaboration between team members and the Product Owner.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure the smooth running of the sprint.
• Promote continuous improvement and collective skills development.
• Ensure the monitoring of Agile performance indicators and the proper application of the Scrum framework.
• Supporting teams in adopting the values ​​and principles of the Agile manifesto.
• Encourage autonomy, accountability and collaboration within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma m (e) of a Bac+5 in computer science, project management or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master on Agile projects.
• Mastery of the Scrum framework and Agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication, listening and leadership skills.
