You are an Event Project Manager, passionate about creating and managing high-value projects. You enjoy overseeing events from start to finish, handling complexity, coordinating teams, and turning ideas into successful experiences.
Your key skills:
Full management of event projects (client brief, design, production, execution, and closure)
Rigorous management of schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordination of internal teams and external service providers
Operational field follow-up before, during, and after the event
Ability to anticipate, manage unforeseen issues, and propose quick solutions
Your profile:
Training in communication, event management, marketing, or project management
Proven experience in an event or communication agency
Excellent organization, prioritization skills, and respect for deadlines
Very good interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
Proficiency in French is essential, English is a plus
Availability and mobility according to project requirements (Morocco & international)

Required profile :
The ideal candidate is an organized, rigorous, and results-oriented project manager, capable of overseeing event projects from beginning to end in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
He/she has a global view of the project while mastering operational details, and knows how to effectively coordinate different internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of each event.
With excellent interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate is comfortable with client relations, understands strategic stakes, and knows how to represent the agency professionally.
Autonomous and proactive, he/she anticipates unforeseen issues, proposes concrete solutions, and respects deadlines and budgets. He/she enjoys teamwork, the pressure of deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in an event or communication agency is highly valued, as is exposure to corporate, institutional, or international projects. Proficiency in French is essential, and English is a plus.
