Join a dynamic company in the Aeronautics/Space sector. The adventure awaits you in Casablanca for a key position as an Experienced Accountant - Personnel Administration & Payroll.
You will be at the heart of financial and HR operations, ensuring the reliability of payroll data and rigorous administrative management of staff. Your role will be essential for the smooth functioning and compliance of these critical processes.
Your main tasks will include:
- Preparation and control of payroll in compliance with deadlines and current legislation.
- Management of social and tax declarations related to payroll.
- Personnel administration.
- Liaison with various social organizations.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of payroll and personnel administration processes.
- Contribution to monthly accounting closings.
- Establishment of reliable and relevant reports.
Required profile :
Your academic background includes at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3).
An experience of 5 to 10 years is required, ideally gained in similar environments.
To excel in this role, you have a solid background in Management / Accounting / Finance or HR / Personnel / Training. Proficiency in payroll tools and Moroccan labor and social protection regulations is essential. Your rigor, organizational skills, and discretion will be your best assets. Excellent communication and the ability to work in a team are also expected.
