Crushing Manager – Construction / Quarries Sector (M/F)
We are recruiting for a highly renowned group in the market for a Crushing Manager – Construction / Quarries Sector (M/F)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Department, you will be responsible for all crushing and aggregate production activities.
As such, your main tasks will be:
• Supervise crushing, screening, and material storage operations
• Ensure the smooth operation of the facilities (crushers, screens, conveyors…)
• Optimize production performance (yield, quality, productivity)
• Ensure that the aggregates produced comply with quality standards
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
• Manage production operator and technician teams
• Guarantee compliance with HSE rules throughout the facility
• Identify malfunctions and propose improvement actions
• Provide production reporting to management
 

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quarry or crushing unit
• Good knowledge of aggregate processing facilities
• Mastery of production and industrial maintenance processes
• Strong field presence and sense of responsibility
• Team management skills
• Rigor, responsiveness, and analytical thinking
