Job :
Assigned to a Hypermarket and reporting to the Department Manager, your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the Textile Department in your charge in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Ensure good department management,
- Achieve objectives for margins, stocks, productivity, shrinkage, and out-of-stock rates,
- Establish weekly schedules,
- Organize your team's work and provide support,
- Respect the group's commercial policy / foster customer loyalty,
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards,
- Place orders, receive them, and manage stock.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a 3-year degree in Commerce/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in Ready-to-Wear clothing in which you have developed the following skills:
- Merchandising, negotiation, and team management techniques,
- Ability to make proposals to improve results,
- Ability to read dashboards and monitoring indicators.
