Job :
Reporting to the logistics operations control manager, your main tasks will be to:
• Check goods received during receiving operations.
• Verify the quantities received against delivery documents and WMS instructions.
• Inspect the apparent condition of products, packaging, cartons, and pallets upon receipt.
• Identify and report any anomalies upon receipt: quantity discrepancies, breakage, damaged products, wrong item, missing package, non-compliant pallet.
• Check prepared orders before shipping.
• Verify the conformity of references, quantities, batches, documents, and logistics supports before loading.
• Inspect the apparent condition of packages, cartons, and pallets before shipping.
• Validate or report observed anomalies before the goods depart.
• Record information related to checks, movements, and product statuses in the WMS.
• Participate in labeling, identification, and routing of products to designated areas.
• Collaborate with receiving, preparation, shipping, stock, quality, and operations teams.
• Ensure data reliability and traceability of incoming and outgoing flows.
• Comply with control, quality, safety, and productivity procedures.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the receiving, control, and shipping areas.
• Participate in physical inventory counts of warehouse goods.
Required profile :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in receiving, shipping, control, warehousing, stock management, or logistics is desired.
• Good mastery of checking references, quantities, batches, delivery documents, and shipping documents.
• Knowledge or use of a WMS is desired.
• Comfortable with scanning tools, mobile terminals, or logistics IT systems.
• Rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
• Good concentration ability.
• Ability to detect, document, and report anomalies.
• Seriousness, punctuality, and strict adherence to procedures.
• Team spirit and availability.
