Job :

  • Respond to customers (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist with online contract subscriptions
  • Explain guarantees, necessary documents, covered destinations
  • Direct claims requests to the relevant contacts
  • Enrich and maintain the customer CRM

Required profile :

We appreciate recent graduates (Bachelor's to Master's degree) in insurance or management, as well as candidates with initial experience in customer service, management, or call centers.

  • Customer-oriented, with a service mindset and clear, friendly communication,
  • Proficient in languages (French and English are essential languages, spoken fluently, Arabic and Spanish are a plus),
