Job :
- Contact clients to offer them the purchase of their used vehicle during their process of buying a new or used vehicle.
- Manage the trade-in process for used vehicles with the sales team at the new vehicle showrooms.
- Follow up on appraisals and trade-in offers made to clients.
- Prepare the ownership transfer files for traded-in vehicles and monitor their submission.
- Achieve trade-in objectives and increase the ratio of 'Trade-ins vs New Vehicle Sales'.
Required profile :
Having good communication skills with first experience in a similar role.
