Reporting to the Marketing Department, your main mission is to develop the Brand Management activity to strengthen brand awareness and stimulate sales growth. As such, your main activities will be:



Brand Strategy



  • Lead the brand strategy (SOREC game) in consultation with the communication teams.
  • Manage the brand identity and image of products by developing graphic charters and fostering brand culture for different targets and formats.
  • Deploy the new brand identity within the sales network and design its environment.

Communication and CRM



  • Collaborate in the implementation of the multi-target CRM strategy for the entire establishment's activity.
  • Deploy the multi-channel product and service communication strategy.
  • Develop creative briefs in line with the brand strategy to create innovative communication tools and coordinate communication teams.

Market Watch and Analysis



  • Conduct continuous monitoring of the market, products, and competitors to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Follow new consumer trends and innovations in the field to adapt marketing strategies.

Marketing Studies and Planning



  • Manage the company's qualitative studies.
  • Study and define multi-channel customer journeys in racecourses and points of sale using an innovative consumer approach.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the market through in-depth analyses, market studies, and qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Participate in the development of the marketing plan by providing insights from studies to make informed decisions.
  • Plan actions, budget, and ensure follow-up.
  • Develop long-term forecasts, considering market changes.

Performance Management



  • Analyze the impact of past activities and prepare a future plan to attract new target audiences.
  • Manage the marketing budget and associated plans.


Required profile :

As a potential candidate:



  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
