Job :

Reporting to the "Director of Development & Value Engineering", they will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Participate in the preparation and launch of tenders and consultations;
• Lead design studies;
• Control deliverables for the different project phases;
• Supervise work in terms of quality of execution, cost, and deadlines;
• Manage contracts (contracts, amendments, deadlines, etc.), in collaboration with the relevant internal teams;
• Manage relationships with the project management (Architect, decorator, BET, BC, laboratory, etc.) and with construction companies;
• Control invoices and payments;
• Ensure detailed monitoring of budgets and project achievements in real time;
• Manage administrative procedures for obtaining permits and ensure their follow-up (Amended plans, subdivision/building permits, occupancy permits / certificates of conformity, etc.);
• Manage technical and administrative project acceptances;
• Ensure the monitoring and application of the environmental management plan for projects.

• Knowledge in steering, coordinating, and planning building projects;
• Knowledge in building project management;
• Good level of English;
• Good knowledge of current building regulations and laws;
• General knowledge of market prices for the different lots of a project;
• Proficiency in computer tools, especially design software like AutoCAD, Revit;
• Autonomy, writing skills, and team spirit.
