The main objective of this position is to ensure the accuracy and precision of the quantitative estimates needed for project execution. It involves ensuring the profitability and technical feasibility of upstream operations by providing reliable figures for strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Detailed analysis of plans, specifications, and technical documents to identify the quantities of materials and labor needed.
• Performing precise measurements for various construction and manufacturing elements in the metallurgy sector.
• Developing quotes and cost estimates in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
• Participating in the optimization of resources and the search for economical technical solutions.
• Monitoring technology and regulations to adapt measurement methods to industry changes.
• Managing and tracking quantitative data throughout the project lifecycle.

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 (2-year post-secondary degree) educational level is required. Training in fields such as project management, technical studies, R&D, or specializations in works, construction sites, or building and public works (BTP) would be a major asset.

The company is looking for a profile with professional experience between 3 and 10 years. This experience range ensures mastery of measurement techniques and a deep understanding of the challenges in the metallurgy and steel industry.
