Job :

Managing the permanent control system across the group of agencies



• Deploy and coordinate the permanent control plan across all group agencies.
• Ensure the quality and regularity of controls carried out in each agency.
• Identify common risks and propose cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Synthesize control results and report anomalies to the regional/head office permanent controller.
• Anticipate fraud and develop detection mechanisms.



Compliance and analysis of credit files



• Supervise the compliance of credit files before and after disbursement across the entire group.
• Support agency controllers in verifying and handling detected anomalies.



Strengthening internal control and adherence to procedures



• Ensure the harmonized implementation of management rules, internal procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Alert on any observed shortcomings or deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor the effective implementation of recommendations from previous audits and controls.



Reporting and communication with management



• Prepare periodic control reports for the group of agencies.
• Present major findings, risk trends, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to fostering a culture of excellence, rigor, and transparency within the group.





Required profile :
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher, specialized in management, accounting, finance, or audit.
  • Training in regulations, compliance, and internal control is a plus.
  • Additional training desired in risk management, team management, or performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of agency operations and microfinance products.
  • Proficiency in credit granting and monitoring processes.
  • Ability to plan and manage control activities across multiple agencies simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for analyzing risk indicators and deriving areas for improvement.
  • Critical thinking and rigor in handling anomalies.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and adapt to urgent field needs.
  • High sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Analytical and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Neutrality, integrity, and diplomacy in conducting controls.
  • Availability, autonomy, and geographical mobility.
