Job :
The Faculty Club Manager provides overall supervision, coordination, and management of the Faculty Club. He/She prepares work plans and budgets, purchases all required food and ingredients, assists the cook in preparing meals, and serves food during mealtimes.
- Receive, plan, and coordinate orders for receptions, special occasions, and social events
- Estimate quantities and costs of meals served
- Collaborate with the cook on menu planning
- Purchase all required food and ingredients (vegetables, fruit, meat, bread, spices, etc.)
- Regularly check the quality of meals served
- Assist the cook in preparing meals, organizing the kitchen and storing food
- Collect payments from customers and coordinate with the Business Office regarding faculty club’s financial situation
- Serve food and beverages and clear tables after meals
- Oversee the club’s clean up
- Contact the Grounds & Maintenance Services about maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Additional Responsibilities

Required profile :

Bac+2 to Bac+3 (associate degree or bachelor’s Degree) in Hospitality Management, Beverage Management, or Business Administration.
- Previous working experience in restaurant services
- Good knowledge of food service operations
- Adequate knowledge of principles and practices for providing customer service.
- Good knowledge of English
- Adequate verbal communication skills
- Good customer orientation
- Good organizational and relational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to prioritize work, take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- The Faculty Club Manager uses various tools and equipment, including but not limited to telephones, Microsoft Office, kitchen utensils, and kitchen equipment.
