Job :
Assigned to a Carrefour Hypermarket, your role is to define the conditions for applying the Group's commercial policy within the Textile-Bazaar department.
To do this, your areas of results are:

Product assortment monitoring

Commercial animation (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)

Store asset management
-
Merchandise management
-
Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.)

Team management
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have over 5 years of proven experience as a textile/bazaar store manager or department manager, during which you have developed the following skills:

Ability to organize product stock management

Ability to monitor and assist in the execution of layout plans

Ability to drive performance (reporting) of activities within your scope and monitor indicators

Ability to conduct negotiations
-
Ability to adhere to procedures
Customer service orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Reactivity, Interpersonal and communication skills, and Developing others/team management are the assets and key success factors for this position.
