In the heart of Casablanca, within a dynamic company in the Health sector, join our teams as a Fees Officer. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our organization's performance and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment.



Your role will be essential in the rigorous and efficient management of fees. You will be a pillar in optimizing financial processes and will directly contribute to the sustainability and growth of our company by ensuring the compliance and transparency of our operations.



Your main missions will include:



  • Ensure the administrative management of doctors' fees.
  • Calculate fees based on medical procedures performed.
  • Verify the agreements, rates, and percentages applied.
  • Check patient files and medical invoices.
  • Prepare payment statements and process doctors' transfers.
  • Monitor payments and billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the billing, accounting, and admissions departments.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of medical and financial data.
  • Update practitioner and procedure databases.
  • Respond to doctors' requests and complaints regarding their fees.
  • Participate in monthly closing and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.

Required profile :

An educational level of Bac +5 in CCA (Master's degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit or similar),



Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is essential, allowing you to quickly grasp the challenges of the position.



To excel in this role, several skills are sought:



  • In-depth knowledge of current regulations in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially management software and the Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • A strong sense of organization and accuracy.
