Job :
1. Global & Digital Communication Strategy
- Develop and implement the annual communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the digital ecosystem: social media engagement, website updates, and SEO.
- Create high-performance visuals and marketing materials using complex prompts.
2. Creation of Materials & Visual Identity
- Design and oversee the creation of communication materials (visuals, videos, corporate presentations).
- Ensure brand guidelines and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage the multi-channel editorial calendar.
3. Employer Brand & Internal Communication
- Lead the Employer Brand strategy in collaboration with the HR team to attract top talent.
- Organize internal events (Team Building, Afterworks) and external events (Webinars, Trade Shows).
- Develop employee engagement through internal communication tools.
4. Performance Analysis & Monitoring
- Track and analyze communication KPIs (web analytics, social media engagement).
- Monitor competitors and identify new trends in the offshoring market.
- Manage e-reputation and coordinate with external service providers (agencies, graphic designers).
Required profile :
Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, or Business School.
Experience: Significant experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in an agency or international B2B services environment.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills):
Proficiency in Generative AI for images: Expertise in tools like Midjourney, DALL-E 3
Expertise in digital strategy and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Business Suite).
Copywriting & LLMs: Expert use of Claude and Jasper for strategic writing, scriptwriting, and multilingual translation.
Productivity & Design: Use of AI features in Gamma or solutions like Microsoft Designer / Nano Banana.
Excellent writing skills: professional content creation, information synthesis, institutional communication, and adapting tone for target audiences.

Work Conditions & Environment
This position is specifically designed for our international operations (South America Zone - UTC-3):
Hours: Start of the day around 12:00 PM and end in the evening (Morocco Time), corresponding to the shift 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM and Saturday 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM (French Guiana Time/UTC-3).
Flexibility: 100% remote work (subject to having a dedicated space and a stable fiber optic connection).
