Job :
Job mission: Manage and optimize the operation of the fleet in Morocco by implementing the PRISMA system, in order to ensure the digitalization, control, and efficiency of transport resources.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lead the implementation of PRISMA within the Moroccan fleet
- Define the deployment plan on ships (phases, types of ships, and operational priorities).
- Coordinate the installation of onboard devices and their integration with existing systems.
- Supervise real-time navigation tests and validate commissioning.

Configure the system according to fishing operations, in collaboration with technology providers
- Set up fishing zones, activity periods, and license-related restrictions.
- Adapt PRISMA to the specifics of fishing activity (tides, campaigns, quotas).
- Configure alerts related to license infringements or out-of-zone activity.
- Manage relationships with PRISMA and onboard technology providers.
- Ensure coordination with captains, skippers, and fleet managers.
- Ensure the system is well adopted by the crews.

Monitor fleet activity and license compliance
- Monitor ship positions, activity, and fishing durations.
- Verify compliance with authorized zones and fixed license conditions.
- Generate activity reports and alerts in case of non-compliance.
- Plan preventive maintenance based on operating hours and campaigns.
- Coordinate technical interventions at port.
- Record technical incidents and analyze their operational impact.

Control maritime operating costs and consumption
- Supervise fuel consumption per boat and per campaign.
- Analyze costs related to operations (crew, maintenance, docking).
- Propose operational optimization measures.

Ensure compliance with fishing and maritime regulations
- Verify compliance with Moroccan fishing regulations.
- Check the validity of ship licenses, permits, and documents.
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety standards.
Required profile :

DIPLOMA: Preferably a technical degree in naval engineering or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of prior experience in fleet management
- Previous experience in implementing fleet management systems would be an asset

SPECIFIC SKILLS: Fleet management, Telemetry and control systems, Basic knowledge of boat maintenance

LANGUAGES: English B2; French C1; Arabic, an asset SOFTWARE: Advanced Excel; PRISMA"
OTHER RELEVANT ASPECTS FOR THE POSITION: Availability to undergo a training period (2 months) in Spain within the finance and IT department
