- Operating and monitoring production machines.
- Controlling product quality according to defined standards.
- Rigorous application of safety procedures.
- Performing first-level maintenance operations.

- Keeping production and control records.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a high school education (Bac) level is required. Training or an affinity with the fields of production, quality, safety, or maintenance would be a significant asset.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the metallurgy or steel industry, is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop a good understanding of industrial processes and operational expectations.
We are looking for a rigorous, reliable person with a good team spirit. Proficiency in basic machine operations and a good understanding of safety issues in an industrial environment are essential. The ability to diagnose simple anomalies and propose solutions is also appreciated.
