Main Mission
Contribute to offering a positive and inspiring shopping experience to customers in the Bath Shop & Textile departments, by ensuring product availability, attractive commercial presentation, and excellent customer service in line with IKEA values and standards.
Customer Service
Welcome, assist, and advise customers in their purchases.
Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Promote complementary products and cross-selling.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally.
Sales & Commerciality
Ensure the department is well-maintained according to IKEA standards.
Keep sales areas clean, organized, and inspiring.
Participate in the setup of new items, price changes, and commercial campaigns.
Ensure good merchandising of textile and bathroom accessory products.
Stock Management
Ensure product availability on the shelves.
Carry out daily restocking and stock organization.
Participate in inventory counts and stock accuracy checks.
Identify and report stockouts or anomalies.
Required profile :
Ideally, you hold a degree level Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), with a strong focus on sales and commerce.
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is sought. In-depth knowledge of the retail sector would be a significant asset.
