Job :

Main Mission:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with the company's strategic clients. They lead commercial negotiations, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to increasing turnover. Responsibility and Activities:
Client Portfolio Development
• Identify and prospect key accounts.
• Develop retention and growth strategies for the existing portfolio.
• Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions. Negotiation and Contract Management
• Manage tenders and draft suitable commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
• Monitor contract execution and ensure regular reporting. Client Relationship Management
• Ensure regular follow-up and effective communication with clients.
• Manage client satisfaction and implement corrective actions if necessary.
• Identify opportunities for service development and improvement. Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Define commercial priorities and align actions with the company's overall strategy.
• Relay relevant information to the Sales Management. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales objectives.
• Develop market analyses and propose strategic recommendations.
• Provide detailed reporting to Management.



Required profile :

Required Skills and Qualities: Experience and Training: • Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Technical Skills • Mastery of B2B negotiation and sales techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of the market and specificities of key accounts.
• Use of CRM and sales management tools.
• Good understanding of contractual and financial aspects. Management Skills • Ability to manage and lead a sales team.
• Aptitude for cross-functional work with different company departments.
