Job :

Contribute to the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Finance processes in SAP for the MFI (Manage Finance) scope, ensuring functional quality, compliance, and operational performance.



Main missions:



  • Scope & functional analysis:
  • Gather and analyze Finance needs (general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, taxes)
  • Map "as-is / to-be" processes, identify gaps & impacts
  • Write functional documentation: functional specifications, business rules, operating procedures, training materials
  • SAP Finance (MFI) configuration & solution:
  • Participate in the configuration of SAP Finance flows within the FI-GL / FI-AP / FI-AR / FI-AA / FI-TAX scope
  • Ensure consistency of configurations and master data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (optimization of controls, automation, process standardization)
  • Inter-module integration & interfaces:
  • Manage/validate MM–FI and SD–FI integrations (purchasing → accounting, sales → accounting)
  • Participate in defining interface requirements (inbound/outbound) with technical teams (middleware, IDoc/API depending on context)
  • Work with data teams for data migration/recovery needs and data quality
  • Testing & quality assurance:
  • Prepare test strategy (unit, SIT, UAT), write test cases, execute and track campaigns
  • Analyze anomalies, prioritize, track corrections, and validate retests
  • Produce quality reporting (success rate, criticality, actions)
  • Support / Run (TMA/AMS) & incident management:
  • Qualify incidents and requests, analyze root cause, propose fixes/workarounds
  • Track tickets until resolution and populate the knowledge base
  • Contribute to meeting SLAs and reducing recurring incidents
  • Change management & adoption:
  • Train key users, prepare guides & materials
  • Support business departments on evolutions, best practices, and internal controls
  • Participate in workshops (process design, fit-to-standard) and project governance (committees, meeting minutes)


Required profile :

Required skills



  • Functional skills (core MFI):
  • Good command of Finance processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax
  • Understanding of MM–FI and SD–FI flows and integrations
  • Knowledge of internal control, accounting close, cut-off, reconciliation, fixed assets, taxes
  • SAP / IS skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Finance (a plus)
  • Experience with delivery cycles: workshops, design, build, test, go-live, hypercare
  • Understanding of interfaces and data (migration, quality, mapping) appreciated
  • Soft skills:
  • Rigor, service orientation, clear communication with the business
  • Analytical mindset, ability to prioritize, progressive autonomy
  • Teamwork and consulting attitude
  • Languages:
  • Fluent French
  • Professional English (written/spoken) recommended


Profile sought:



  • Master's degree (Finance, Audit, Management Control, IS) + initial SAP exposure or strong ERP aptitude
  • Ability to perform tests, document, assist with support, and understand Finance flows
  • Proven professional experience between 3 and 8 years
  • Project or TMA experience on FI (or similar SAP Finance scope)
  • Ability to lead workshops, write specifications, manage tests, and support the business
