Job :

Assist Maintenance and Asset Management departments in the design, configuration, deployment, and support of maintenance processes in SAP PM, ensuring alignment with operational needs, solution quality, and good user adoption.



Main missions:



  • Requirements gathering & functional design:
  • Facilitate business workshops, gather and analyze needs, formalize "as-is / to-be" processes.
  • Perform fit-gap analyses, propose solution scenarios and trade-offs.
  • Write functional specifications (and contribute to user stories / backlog if using agile methodology).
  • SAP PM configuration & build:
  • Configure/adapt SAP PM to meet needs: technical structures (equipment, functional locations), maintenance processes, and management rules.
  • Implement and optimize
  • Preventive maintenance plans (calendar / performance-based), task lists, routings, measurement points.
  • Management of maintenance notifications and orders (creation, release, execution, closure), status tracking.
  • Work centers and planning rules. 
  • Identify gaps, define workarounds and/or development requests (WRICEF) with technical teams.
  • Testing, quality & go-live:
  • Prepare and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support UATs; manage issues.
  • Contribute to data migration/quality activities (equipment, history, plans, bills of materials) and the data recovery strategy.
  • Participate in deployment, post go-live stabilization, and follow-up meetings.
  • Support & continuous improvement:
  • Provide L2/L3 functional support, analyze recurring incidents, and propose corrections/improvements.
  • Produce and maintain functional documentation (design, configuration, procedures, test cases).
  • Train users and support change management (training materials, sessions, Q&A).
  • Cross-module integration & project collaboration:
  • Work with SAP and technical teams to ensure integration (e.g., spare parts, costs, quality, production) and end-to-end consistency.
  • Act as a point of contact for specific areas (e.g., preventive maintenance, orders, master data) and contribute to mentoring junior profiles on best practices.


Required profile :

Required Skills:
SAP PM Functional Skills:



  • Good command of fundamentals: technical structures, notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, planning, execution, closure.
  • Ability to configure, test, and support an SAP PM scope in project and run phases.
  • Appreciated knowledge: integration with other modules and cross-functional flows.
  • Project / Methods Skills
  • Requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, specifications writing, test/UAT management.
  • Documentary rigor, ability to propose improvements and handle complex issues.
  • Languages: Fluent French + professional English.

Soft Skills:



  • Client focus & service orientation (support, teaching, coaching).
  • Analytical thinking, rigor, autonomy, ability to prioritize and communicate clearly.

Education / Degrees:



Master's degree (engineering, industrial maintenance, IT, industrial engineering, etc.)



Work Experience:



2 to 5 years of experience in SAP PM (implementation, roll-out, AMS/support, evolutions) with exposure to testing & deployment phases.
