Job :
Mission:
The manager will be responsible for end-to-end piloting of the Mobile deployment planning processes, as well as ensuring continuous improvement in collaboration with the existing core team.
They will support the factories of the operations and deployment directorate, work closely with the methods and automation managers at DSP, as well as the CPL team in Nearshore/FR to strengthen intra-team synergies.
They are also responsible for leading the continuous improvement workshop with their peers, ensuring DED/DOR integration on logical operations, and participating in cross-functional committees (e.g., COPROD LP) to represent CPL and potentially address issues raised related to their activities.
ACTIVITIES:
Piloting Radio and Trans planning processes
- Monitor performance KPIs
- Support stakeholders in the use and respect of the planning process
- Master the radio/trans production lines, prerequisites for planning
- Master the Workflow tools used in the context of Bouygues Telecom Mobile deployment (Promo, Camunda)
- Ensure monitoring and anticipation of impacts caused by the arrival of new tools/new production lines, etc.
- Ensure integration on cross-functional DED/DOR topics
- Ensure a good level of cross-functional communication on topics related to operations planning
Ensure continuous improvement of existing processes
- Lead the AC Planif MEL Radio workshop with the Coreteam, identifying the agenda in advance
- Collect pain points and work with/validate necessary process evolutions with the coreteam
Piloting and monitoring of Planning Portal evolutions
- Collect and identify necessary tool evolutions to ensure the performance and robustness of the existing process
- Support the PO in drafting the EB to be submitted to the automation team
- Ensure adherence to the roadmap for these processes in collaboration with the CPL manager
Exchanges with stakeholders
- Implement a feedback system with factories and deployment stakeholders to identify blocking points and achievements of the initiated processes;
- Organize and participate in working groups with stakeholders;
- Organize and participate in internal sync meetings to improve existing processes;
- Work with partners and Bouygues Telecom factories to implement or improve existing processes.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecoms, Networks, or equivalent, with solid experience in managing complex projects related to mobile network deployment and process optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as excellent command of office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. They are capable of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, while ensuring smooth and diplomatic communication with various contacts.
