Job :
- Effectively manage inventory to ensure availability and prevent stockouts
- Coordinate procurement, purchasing, and import operations to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain
- Generate tracking and performance indicators related to the function
- Receive and prepare orders from various branches
- Receive and check supplier orders
- Enter stock into COSIUM while respecting entry deadlines
- Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and annual inventory
- Analyze discrepancies and communicate the list for correction on the IT system
- Place purchase orders accordingly, within the defined deadlines
- Verify the compliance of medical devices with regulatory requirements before placing an order
- Coordinate import operations with suppliers and logistics providers
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of IT system information
- Establish and track performance indicators and dashboards related to the function
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures in place under the ISO13485 certification
- Perform additional tasks not listed in this job description, if needed
Required profile :
- Initial Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Logistics
- Minimum of two years of experience in logistics
- Specific training in logistics
- Product knowledge
- Proficiency in purchasing and procurement processes
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Dynamic
