Job :
Ensure daily follow-up of temporary workers in the field
Manage recruitment needs in coordination with clients
Supervise the onboarding and administrative follow-up of employees
Ensure compliance with HR procedures and labor law
Be the main point of contact between clients, temporary workers, and the agency
Manage absences, delays, conflicts, and emergency situations
Produce HR reports and monitor operational indicators
Required profile :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
Experience in temporary work, field management, or operational supervision desired
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Ability to manage pressure and unforeseen events
Proficiency in office tools
Field mobility essential
