Join our dynamic company in its sector, as an HSE Animator at our Meknès site. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise for safety and the environment, actively contributing to our organization's HSE culture.
Your role will be central in maintaining and continuously improving health, safety, and environment standards. You will ensure the implementation of HSE policies in the field, verifying regulatory compliance and risk prevention for all staff and facilities.
Your daily tasks will be varied and essential:
- Contribute to the development and updating of HSE procedures.
- Lead and raise awareness among teams on good safety and environmental protection practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of sites and activities to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in the analysis of incidents and accidents to learn lessons and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor HSE indicators and prepare necessary reports.
- Ensure regulatory watch on HSE aspects.
- Contribute to industrial risk management and environmental protection.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a 2-year post-secondary education (Bac+2) is required, ideally in Methods / Process / Industrialization or in specializations focused on Production / Quality / Safety / Maintenance.
Some professional experience between 1 and 3 years in a similar position is expected. This is the ideal time to leverage your skills and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment within the Oil & Gas sector.
