LABELVIE CARREFOUR franchisee is recruiting Assistant Store Managers in CASABLANCA (CITY CENTER)
Reporting to the store manager, your role is to manage the store, ensuring that your sales revenue and profitability meet the established objectives.
Mission:
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Ensure the 4 Ps at the aisle level (Place. Price. Product. Presentation)
• Manage and develop the aisles based on the objectives set (Sales figures. margin. stock..).
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
• Respect the company's commercial policy.
• Build a good store image and customer loyalty.
• Organize the work of your team and provide close management.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
With a BAC+2 education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in mass distribution, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to define margin and selling prices.
• Ability to define product assortments and layouts.
• Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
• Ability to make proposals to improve results.
• Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
• Autonomy & responsiveness, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the key assets and success factors for this position.
