Job :
Your mission will be to increase brand awareness and build loyalty within our online and offline community. This will involve developing strong relationships with our stakeholders, identifying engagement opportunities, and measuring the impact of our marketing actions on the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and execute innovative community marketing strategies.
- Engage and grow our community across various platforms.
- Organize events and activations to strengthen engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and propose areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and product teams to ensure message consistency.
- Manage the budget allocated to community initiatives.
- Monitor the competition and identify best market practices.
Required profile :
You hold a degree of level Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally in Marketing or a related field.
A solid experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally in the energy or consumer goods sector, is required. You have previously managed communities and launched successful marketing campaigns.
This position is for a creative person with excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in analytics tools and social media management is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French are indispensable.
