Our company, firmly established in Casablanca, is looking for a talented Community Programs Brand Manager to join its team.
As a pillar of our engagement strategy, you will be at the heart of defining and implementing programs aimed at strengthening our presence and impact within communities.
Your main mission will be to ensure the success and sustainability of our community initiatives. You will actively contribute to positioning our brand as a committed and responsible player, by developing lasting relationships of trust with all our stakeholders. The goal is to create shared value, in line with the company's strategic directions.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include a wide range of strategic and operational activities, including:
- Developing and managing the community programs strategy
- Managing the budget dedicated to these initiatives
- Coordinating projects from design to evaluation
- Developing and fostering partnerships with local actors and organizations
- Measuring the impact of actions taken and producing relevant reports
- Promoting and communicating about initiatives to maximize their visibility and reach
You will also maintain an active watch on best practices in corporate social responsibility and community engagement.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a strong academic background is required. A degree of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally in Marketing, communication, or a related field, will be a major asset.
We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated their potential with significant experience of 3 to 5 years in project management, ideally in developing community engagement or corporate social responsibility programs. Experience in the energy sector would be a plus.

- Excellent command of marketing and communication strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.

- Perfect command of French; knowledge of Arabic or English would be an advantage.
