Join a dynamic company in its sector as a QHSE Manager at our Nouaceur site. This is your opportunity to play a key role in the sustainability and operational excellence of our activities.
Your main mission will be to ensure the implementation and monitoring of the company's policies regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. You will lead the continuous improvement of our processes to guarantee regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and the protection of our employees and our environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- The development and updating of QHSE procedures.

The supervision of internal and external audits.

The management of action plans following non-conformities.

The awareness and training of teams on QHSE issues.

The risk analysis and implementation of preventive measures.

The monitoring of QHSE performance indicators and the production of reports.
- Regulatory watch in your area of expertise.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally supplemented by a specialization in Methods / Processes / Industrialization, or Production / Quality / Safety / Maintenance.
Significant experience of 5 to 20 years in similar roles, ideally in the Oil and Gas sector, is expected so that you can fully take on this strategic position.
- Excellent knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and propose appropriate solutions.
- Strong project management and team management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and pedagogical approach to train and support your colleagues.
- Rigor, organization, and sense of priorities.
- Proficiency in computer tools and QHSE management software.
