Join a major player in its sector as a Food Franchise Manager, an exciting opportunity in the heart of Casablanca. This strategic position will allow you to oversee the development and operational excellence of our fast-food brands.
Your role will be to ensure the profitability and growth of our franchised outlets, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and adherence to brand standards. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the network and the satisfaction of our franchise partners.
Your main missions will include:
- Supervise and support the network of franchisees to achieve commercial and quality objectives.
- Define and implement franchise development strategies.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of units, identifying areas for improvement.
- Train and support franchisees in the daily management of their establishments.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards for quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Analyze performance and propose corrective action plans.
- Manage relationships with various partners and suppliers.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +4) is required for this position.
Significant experience, ranging from 5 to 20 years, is essential. This experience must have been gained in the Distribution sector, and more specifically in the Hotel/Restaurant business, with a strong focus on network management or franchise development.
