Join a dynamic company in its sector, based in Casablanca, as a Franchise Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of operations and shape the future of our franchises.
Your main goals will be to ensure operational excellence at each point of sale, optimize profitability, and guarantee a consistent, high-quality customer experience across the entire franchise network.
Your missions will include direct supervision of site managers, developing and implementing operational strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing budgets, and proactively resolving issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring brand standards are met, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting franchisees in their development.

Required profile :
A degree equivalent to Bachelor's degree +4 years is required, ideally in Hospitality / Food Service or related fields.
Solid experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles is essential, particularly in managing franchise networks or multi-unit operations, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
You possess excellent skills in team management, financial analysis, and performance management. Your ability to negotiate, your sense of organization, and your problem-solving aptitude will be major assets. Perfect understanding of franchise-related challenges and strong interpersonal skills are also expected.
