* Applying established processes and mastering internal tools.
* Communicating any information useful for improving service quality.
* Achieving and exceeding set qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

A high school diploma or higher is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Strong listening skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach are necessary.
The ability to manage stress and find appropriate solutions is crucial.
Proficiency with computer tools and customer management software is required.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset, but motivated beginners are welcome.
