Roles & Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the Maintenance unit in accordance with defined objectives and KPIs.
Identifies opportunities for improvement within his area of responsibility, provides his expertise and contributes to improving the quality of service.
Ensures compliance with standards, governance and proper execution of processes.
Supervises and manages the employees under his/her direct responsibility.
Plans the team's regular activities to ensure coverage of all activity stages and to respond effectively to requests received.
Defines the objectives, missions and responsibilities of team members. Gives clear instructions, monitors progress and evaluates results.
Identifies the training and development needs of employees, monitors their professional development and supports them in putting newly acquired skills into practice.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Proficiency in spoken and written French.
