Job :
We are recruiting an Automotive Production Manager for the Automotive Production Department, responsible for managing and monitoring car insurance contracts and car assistance files.
Main tasks:
- Manage automotive production: underwriting, renewal, modification, termination, and issuance of contracts and endorsements.
- Handle car assistance requests and follow up with partner companies.
- Master and effectively use the applications of the various insurance companies in the market.
- Verify the conformity of files and ensure compliance with automotive underwriting procedures.
- Advise and support clients in choosing the right coverage for their needs.
- Clearly explain contract coverage, exclusions, and conditions to clients.
- Ensure smooth and professional communication with insurance companies, partners, and clients.
- Guarantee fast, rigorous, and high-quality processing of client requests.
- Participate in the development and loyalty of the client portfolio.
- Effectively manage client complaints and requests.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in automotive production of at least 3 years
- Mastery of automotive underwriting procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive insurance guarantees and products.
- Good command of insurance company tools and applications.
- Good professional demeanor and excellent presentation.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
