Join a dynamic company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as a Star Assistant, ideally located in Casablanca. Your role will be essential in operational and administrative support, actively contributing to the smooth running of daily activities.
Your main tasks will include: .
- Provide in-person and telephone reception for clients.
- Identify client needs and direct them to the right advisor.
- Ensure a premium experience in line with standards.
- Participate in organizing events and vehicle launches.
- Maintain the image and presentation of the showroom.
- Enter and update the client database.
- Prepare and track administrative documents and reports.
- Actively participate in organizing marketing activities and commercial promotions.
Required profile :
A Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree equivalent) is required, ideally in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service or Executive Assistant / General Services.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of administrative and commercial environments, particularly in the automotive sector or similar.
To excel in this role, certain skills are essential. Excellent proficiency in office tools is fundamental, as are proven abilities in organization, accuracy, and priority management. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of autonomy, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the automotive sector is a major asset.
