Job :
As the La Vache Qui Rit & Innovation Brand Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
You will work closely with Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, Sales, Global Marketing, and Industrial teams to make the brand shine and successfully launch new products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Brand Strategy & Performance
- Analyze the market, trends, and competition
- Identify opportunities and threats for the brand
- Contribute to the definition of the annual and multi-year strategy
- Formulate recommendations to improve performance
- Monitor brand KPIs and financial performance
Activation & Integrated Communication
- Develop the annual brand plan
- Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage digital potential to strengthen brand power
Innovation, Renovation & Adaptation
- Support VQR brand innovation projects
- Manage the innovation process (feasibility, packaging, pre-press, project briefs, etc.)
- Bring updates to products and promotional packaging
- Optimize post-launch performance
Support for Commercial Development
- Analyze consumer data, sales, KPIs, and P&L
- Actively manage performance gaps
- Contribute to achieving annual and long-term financial goals
