This job is located in Orange Business’ Major Service Center (MSC) Morocco and sits within Digital Technology’s Chief Operation Office, contributing directly to the operational steering and continuous improvement of the Orange Business global performance.

Digital Technology, as a core pillar of Orange Business, delivers the platforms, applications, and technological capabilities that power the company’s digital transformation. Within this organization, the Chief Operation Office (COO) serves as the operational backbone, ensuring governance, performance management, budgeting discipline, cross-domain coordination, and the consistent adoption of best practices across all Digital Technology teams.



The Value Management Office : Transforming strategic vision into impactful outcomes



The Value Management Officer (VMO) leads the charge in optimizing portfolio value, fostering agile practices, and enhancing governance across the organization. his responsibilities is to:
• Facilitate Lean Portfolio Management processes and coordinate key portfolio events.
• Collaborate with the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to enact successful practices across the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain metrics-driven governance frameworks ensuring value delivery is consistently measured and improved.
• Communicate and amplify the portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-level priorities.
• Support the implementation of lean budgeting practices and foster operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary contact for transversal initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
• Support the adaptation of agile contracts that create better partnerships with suppliers and customers, enhancing flexibility and collaboration.
• Drive the establishment of reporting systems that provide visibility into the progress of portfolio initiatives and strategic alignment.




Required profile :

About you
You are a results-driven leader with over 7 years of experience in strategic project management, equipped with advanced knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and SAFe principles. You possess a strong capability to align portfolio strategies with organizational goals while being proficient in financial modeling and budgeting, enabling you to drive significant improvements in value delivery across teams.



Qualifications:



Education:
Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management or Engineering.
Experience:
7+ years in strategic project management, management consulting, or financial planning.
Proven history of managing large-scale investment portfolios.
Expert-level experience in business case development and financial analysis.
Specific experience in frameworks for measuring and realizing project benefits post-go live.
Significant experience advising C-suite stakeholders on investment decisions and trade-offs.
Certifications:
PMP, PgMP, or MoP (Management of Portfolios) certifications.
Lean Six Sigma or SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) certification is beneficial.

• Possesses strong analytical skills to define, track, and report on portfolio-level key performance indicators.

• Utilizes systems thinking to optimize value flows and identify bottlenecks across the portfolio.
• Skilled at facilitating cross-functional collaboration among diverse stakeholders including executives and product leadership.

• Displays exceptional communication abilities, effectively articulating strategic priorities and metrics to a variety of audiences.
