Job :

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch (Commercial, Operational, Financial, and Social).



He/She ensures the development of the client portfolio (existing and new clients), compliance with regulatory requirements, quality of temporary worker placement, and team leadership to achieve the
objectives set by General Management.



Main tasks:



Profit Center Management and Reporting:



  • Participate in the development of the annual budget for his/her branch in agreement with his/her supervisor.
  • Analyze financial performance (Revenue & Gross Margin) as well as all performance indicators related to his/her branch.
  • Submit various reports to his/her supervisor (activity reports, payroll and recovery forecasts, etc.).

Commercial Development & Client Relations:



  • Develop turnover (CA) & Gross Margin (MB).
  • Build loyalty with the active client portfolio.
  • Prospect and secure new clients.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of existing clients.

Team Management:



  • Supervise and lead various activities within the branch.
  • Ensure the achievement of branch activity objectives in a professional manner, in line with the expectations of management and the company.
  • Evaluate the performance of all branch employees.
  • Foster a performance culture within the teams.

Operational Supervision and Monitoring:



  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and control points (recruitment, contract management, payroll, invoicing, recovery, sickness leave monitoring & work accident monitoring) in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).


Required profile :

Education and Experience:



  • Degree (BAC +4/5 level) in business, HR management, or equivalent, with a successful 5-year experience in managing a profit center or a temporary employment/recruitment agency.

Required Technical Skills:



  • Mastery of Moroccan temporary labor legislation and the Moroccan Labor Code.
  • Profit center management techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local job market.
  • Team management.
  • B2B sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in branch management tools (Payroll and invoicing software/HR software/Recruitment tools).

Required Personal Qualities:



  • Leadership and ability to delegate.
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness in urgent situations.
