As part of strengthening our Human Resources Department, we are recruiting a Generalist HR to support the daily management of HR activities and actively contribute to the development of the company's human capital.
In the heart of Casablanca's industrial activity, you will work in a dynamic, demanding, and performance-oriented environment, where your versatility, initiative, and interpersonal skills will be essential to effectively support operational teams and managers.
By joining VITAL FER, you will participate in the implementation of the company's HR policy by playing a close role with employees. You will be involved in all aspects of human resources, both administrative and operational, with the goal of ensuring smooth, compliant, and effective HR management. Your main mission will be to ensure the smooth running of daily HR processes, while contributing to the continuous improvement of internal practices and procedures.
As such, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure administrative management of staff: contracts, administrative files, certificates, monitoring of absences and leave;
- Participate in the recruitment process: posting job ads, pre-screening applications, organizing interviews, and onboarding new employees;
- Support employees and managers on daily HR matters;
- Ensure monitoring of variable payroll elements and verify the accuracy of HR data;
- Participate in training management and monitoring skills development;
- Contribute to disciplinary follow-up and the application of internal procedures;
- Produce HR reports and monitor social indicators;
- Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and health and safety regulations;
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and the continuous improvement of processes;
- Contribute to maintaining a positive social climate and promoting company values.
Required profile :
With a degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Human Resources, Management, Personnel Administration, or equivalent, you have significant prior experience of 5 to 10 years in a generalist HR role, ideally gained in an industrial, logistics, or distribution environment. You master the fundamentals of human resources management, including personnel administration, recruitment, HR follow-up, and disciplinary procedures. Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law and proficiency in office software and HRIS tools will be highly appreciated.
