Lead scientific engagement alongside their medical experts. Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities

~ Medical/Scientific Information Education with Medical Experts (MEs)

~ Ensure proper identification/understanding of medical experts/key clients, including identifying opportunities involving medical experts to support specific medical needs.

~ Develop/implement medical expert engagement programs to effectively prioritize medical expert engagement and achieve strategic engagement in accordance with national/regional strategies

. ~ Respond to proactive information requests from medical experts

. ~ Support Novartis clinical research projects, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific education support for future and current research centers in conjunction with clinical operations.

~ Assist investigators in the Initiation of Investigative Inquiry (IIT) process upon their request.

~ A medical human resource within a field matrix work environment

. ~ Report technical complaints/adverse events/special circumstances related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) .
