Mission/Project Context:
5G optimization expertise mission
- Adapt Orange Group's engineering rules and methods to the specifics of OMEA networks
o Optimize 5G networks based on the Group's parameterization models or templates: monitor their deployment and evolution at the REC level in relation to Orange Innovation, RAN suppliers, and countries
o Use and adapt the Group's technical specifications, decision trees, and detection grids within the REC, ensuring their adoption by teams. Enrich them and create new ones as needed based on feedback and specific regional needs
o Establish and consolidate REC study report models for countries for certain recurring tasks: analysis of CRC campaigns, performance dashboard
- Operational expertise in radio engineering tools and techniques with a focus on task automation using CSON, Artificial Intelligence, analytics (probes, call traces, analytics), and OSS data
o Support the introduction and industrialization of new network optimization solutions and methods to improve the REC's operational efficiency and its impact on country networks by updating technical processes and training teams on:
Continuous performance optimization through automatic actions on network nodes
Automation of drive test analysis...
- Technical support to colleagues for advanced 5G investigations and cross-functional studies
o Be proactive and contribute to experiments with new technical solutions or features for 5G optimization with the entire REC team, Orange INNOVATION, and the countries
o Support teams and countries on specific action plans requiring in-depth 5G or cross-functional analysis
o Prepare for VoLTE service and 5G network optimization in coordination with Orange INNOVATION and suppliers
Required profile :
Profile:
With a degree in mobile telecommunications engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience and possess the following skills:
Technical Skills
Ability to listen and understand client needs
Ability to persuade, lead, and unite
Ability to work in a functional relationship with experts from other organizations and countries
Technical Skills
Knowledge of antenna equipment, hardware & site engineering
Knowledge of engineering and operational issues for 5G mobile access networks and their operation
Skills in radio engineering and optimization: optimization, troubleshooting, tools...
Knowledge in network automation (C-SON) would be a plus
Cross-functional Skills
