Job :
As part of strengthening our Human Resources function, we are recruiting an HR Administration Officer specialized in managing HR procedures and disciplinary follow-up, ensuring regulatory compliance and administrative rigor.
Main Missions
1. Personnel Administration
- Ensure complete administrative management of the employee lifecycle (hiring, mobility, departure).
- Compile, update, and archive individual personnel files.
- Prepare social declarations and ensure the compliance of administrative documents.
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and mandatory HR documents.
- Monitor probationary periods, absences, leave, and administrative measures.
2. Disciplinary Procedures & HR Sanctions
- Implement disciplinary procedures in accordance with Moroccan labor law.
- Prepare summons, warnings, suspensions, and disciplinary decisions.
- Ensure traceability and compliance of disciplinary files.
- Advise managers on the application of HR procedures and the management of sensitive situations.
- Participate in the prevention of social risks and the security of HR decisions.
- Follow up on pre-litigation and litigation files in connection with legal counsel.
3. Compliance & Institutional Relations
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures.
- Oversee controls and recommendations from competent authorities.
- Participate in the development and updating of internal HR procedures.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
- Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR administration, with experience in disciplinary procedures.
- Key Skills:
- Mastery of Moroccan labor law and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent writing skills in French.
- Administrative rigor and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
- Good command of office tools and HR software.
